Book Manipulation
This was an assignment for my College $ Assemblage class. I took some old textbooks and cut them up on the bandsaw in strips from opening to binding. I then crinkled each page, which made them start circling around like a wreath. I made 4 different sizes and then stacked them on each other making a tree form. I also added some paint and string for extra color and texture. It was a long process but the end product was a success!
Very time comsuming!
