These were for my ankles and I made them using the tutorial on here and another one I found on the web. I did buy the stuff for it. However I couldn't tell you exactly how much the cuffs themselves cost because I when I bought the stuff I got extra canvas for a vest I'm going to make later and buttons. But if you are going to buy the materials strictly for this I'd predict it would be less than $15..
