Bombay Ice Halwa
A famous Bombay Sweet, also goes by the name Paper Halwa and Mahim Halwa

This is a bit time consuming and the hardest part is waiting for it to cool.

You Will Need (7 things)
- 1 cup cold Milk
- 1 cup Sugar (more or less according to taste)
- ¼ cup Ghee
- ¼ cup fine white Semolina

For garnishing
- a handful Chopped Almonds and pistachios
- 1 tbsp Ground Cardamom
Steps (4 steps, 45 minutes)

Add everything into a heavy bottom bottom non-stick pan and heat on medium heat.

Stir constantly. It will start to thicken after 20-25 minutes. Add cardamom powder. Keep stirring.

Once it starts leaving the sides of the pan add a little more ghee and keep stirring.
Once it gets a doughy consistency, transfer the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet or aluminium foil. Place another greased sheet on top of the mixture and roll it thin with a rolling pin.
Sprinkle chopped pistachios and almonds and roll it again to press and embed the nuts into the dough.

Let it harden a little. Cut into diamonds or squares and serve
