Grab some banana, blueberries and oatmeal and you are basically done!
Simple, quick, healthy, low calorie and actually so much more to this!
It is filling and perfect if you do not have enough time in the morning to have a proper breakfast.

  • Step 1

    So, the first thing you wanna do is cook your oats and water together until it becomes thick and bubbly. Then let cool for a bit.
    Or, what I like to do, is to put the water and oats in the fridge the night before because I know that I am not gonna have the time to cook oats in the morning.

  • Step 2

    The next step is really just to toss everything in the mixer and blend the hell out of them.
    If you want it chilled u can put the ice cubes in here as well, but I like to freeze the bananas and it chills the whole smoothie and will not water down the end result.

  • Step 3

    Then pour it in a glass and enjoy.
    Or pour it in a thermos and drink it on the go and try not to be late!
