Blue Ice Rose Beanie

At first it was a plain beanie but then I read an amazing poem on the internet and I was mesmerized... it was so inspiring.

I knitted a rose, attached it to the beanie and embroidered some petals with a crochet hook. I know it's a too literal as far as inspiration but I like to believe it's the rose described in the poem... sigh...
