Blossoming Beanie

A simple and easy mod of a beanie!

This was a present for a female friend of mine. It's really quick, easy and cheap to make - and it looks amazing! I bought some big fabric flowers (really cheap, like 2-3 dollars for a pack of ten flowers) and found an old decorative mini-flower, made of fabric as well, from my stash of what-not. The latter would be easy to fold from a piece of cloth. I took an old beanie of mine, and sew the first big flower on it, stitching the petals as well. Then I glued the next one on top, with some stitched in the middle. To hide the stitches, I glued and sew the small flower on top of it all - and voila! A pretty, pretty beanie for a girl.
