Blondies
These are very morish.
You can add dried fruit or different types of nuts to the recipe, or you can remove the nuts completely.
I only added half the nuts to half the tray of Blondies as my boy does not like nuts.

Step 1Pre Heat oven 160/ gas 4.
Melt butter.

Step 2Whisk sugars, eggs & vanilla until pale.
Add in the butter.

Step 3Fold in flour.
Add the nuts to the mixture or place in the tin.

Step 4Pour mixture into tin.
Bake for 45 mins.

Step 5Cool completely & cut into squares.

Step 6Serve.
