You Will Need

Step 1Search for a notepad which has the same distance between the rings as the distance between the holes in your tabs.

Step 2Cut the holes open as on the picture

Step 3Put it on your notepad and draw the size you want the tab to be

Step 4Cut the tab out and place it where you want it in your notepad

Step 5Make more if you want to!
