The idea behind this piece, and it can be modified depending on your preferences and inclinations, is to be able to place some items, or affirmations, to ask for blessings from the Goddess.
The idea behind this piece, and it can be modified depending on your preferences and inclinations, is to be able to place some items, or affirmations, to ask for blessings from the Goddess.
Use a small piece of balled up aluminum foil to create a base to start with.
Sculpt your figure the way you want it. Make sure to leave a "bowl" type surface to place the item(s) you would like "blessed".
Due to the thickness of the sculpy, when finished sculpting your item, bake in the oven at 275 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Paint the item in the colors that you wish. I painted the entire surface black, then painted the upper half in a dark blue, then used a "fan" paint brush to brush pearl white paint lightly along the surface. Let dry.
Once paint was completely dry, I then sealed it by spraying a light coat of clear spray paint. Let dry completely.
