On the first image I used pieces cut of from a doily and a butterfly cutout of paper (covered in tape for protection from the moisture). On the second image I used various 3D objects: a pencil, brushes, safety pins (see close-up), paint tubes, paper sheets and scissors. Almost all splotches (stains) are on purpose.
