You Will Need (9 things)

  • Cake

  • 75 g Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g Self-Raising Flour
  • 25 g Cocoa
  • Filling

  • 100 ml Heavy Cream
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 10 g Cherries

Steps (8 steps, 30 minutes)

    Heat oven 220 degrees.

    Whisk the sugar & eggs together until light, pale & fluffy.

    Sift the flour & cocoa together twice before folding into the eggs.

    Pour into a tin.

    Bake for 8-10 mins.

    Sprinkle baking paper with sugar.

    Remove from the pan & wrap in baking paper & a clean towel.

    Allow to cool completely.

    Whip the cream & sugar together.

    Unwrap & cover the inside of the roll with cream.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some cherries over the cream.

  7. 7

    Roll up.

  8. 8

    Cut & serve.
