Step 1Heat oven 170 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together

Step 2Add vanilla & eggs.
Beat together.

Step 3Add cocoa & flour.
Stir to combine.

Step 4Fold in the chocolate chips & cherries.

Step 5Pour into a tin.
Bake for 30-35 mins until cooked through.

Step 6Cut & serve with a Sprinkle of icing sugar or some chocolate sauce.
