Birthday Cakes

two chocolate cakes i baked for my mum and brother
hi people (:
i baked and decorated these cakes for my mums and brothers birthday.
both cakes are made with the same chocolate cakes recipe.
my brothers cake, the one with the green/white fondant decoration on top, was frosted and filled with nutella and decorated with fondant. i painted on some of the details with green gel food colouring. the fondant decorations are things that have something to do with him; a hockey stick and ball, a chocolate milk mug, a graffiti spray can, and a couple of figures he uses in his drawings/t-shirt designs. that's my thumb in one of the pictures, for size comparison(i have small hands).
my mums cake, the round, flat one is frosted and filled with a pure chocolate ganache.
