Fresh & Simple
We love to use honey as a sweetener in our breakfast recipes
and stock a variety in Rosie’s pantry. Manuka, orange-blossom
or lavender honey with their luscious fragrance are perfect in
this light, creamy porridge. Make it the night before to grab on
the way to the front door in the morning.
Put the oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, milk and coconut in
a bowl and stir together to combine. Cover then chill
in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, stir the fruit through the mix and
divide between two bowls. Then drizzle over some
