Make a too-big t-shirt fit temporarily — no cutting or sewing!
Sorry about the crappy photos; I was in a hurry.

I was given these uniform shirts for my internship, but being 4'10", there was no way they were going to fit. I was afraid to cut them because I wasn't sure whether I was allowed to "deface" the uniform, so I found another way to make it fit better:

1. Roll up the sleeves.

2. Roll up the bottom hem to the desired length.

3. Gather the rolled hem in the back, and tie with a hairband.

4. Tuck the "tail" in.

Done!
