You Will Need

Step 1Cut ribbon hearts
Fully prepare materials below. You need to cut 2 large red ribbon hearts and 16 small hearts. As a result, you have to cut out 18 hearts. Flame the edges of each heart go and forth to make them curl up by candle. -
Step 2Glue the heart
Flame all the hearts. Glue one large heart first, and then glue the 8 hearts on both sides symmetrically. -
Step 3Make a hair bow
Stick the rest 9 hearts in the same way; cut out 10" red ribbon, glue two ends to the middle of the ribbon; shape a bow by wrapping a short ribbon in the center. Glue the bow onto the center of divided hearts. Decorate the heart of bow with a flat bead by gluing.
