Step 1
start by rough chopping the green onions, jalapeno peppers, garlic, and cilantro -- now toss into the food processor (a blender works well too).
Step 2
open up the canned tomatoes and drain most of the juice from the can -- add tomatoes to food processor

blend to your liking, add a dash of sugar and lime juice, pour in bowl!
Step 3
salt and pepper taste.

I always like to try different salsa recipes and I especially want to try this one as it has garlic in it.
