So delicious it'll BLOW YOUR MIND! These are so quick and easy to make that I end up making them far too often, and now I'm a bit fat... Everywhere I looked for a mug brownie recipe they gave weird measurements, I have given them in teaspoons as I like to use the same spoon for making and measuring as I do for eating - less washing up!!

You will need

8 tsp Plain Flour 4 tsp Water 1 drop Vanilla Extract 1 dash Salt 8 tsp Granulated Sugar 4 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 4 tsp Butter

Instructions

1. Add your butter to the mug. Pop this in the microwave until it has melted. (time will vary depending on strength of your microwave)

2. Add water and drop of vanilla extract to butter and then mix.

3. And your pinch of salt and stir in all your other ingredients one by one to make a nice batter. Make sure there are no lumps of dry ingredients!!

4. Pop it in the microwave for 60-90 seconds (depends on strength of microwave)

5. Remove carefully, allow to cool for a few seconds, then enjoy!! =DD
