You Will Need (11 things)

  • Meringue

  • 6 Egg Whites
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cream Of Tartar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  • Filling

  • 2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup Icing Sugar
  • Strawberries
  • Chocolate

Steps (10 steps, 120 minutes)

    Heat oven 140 degrees.

    Whisk eggs til foamy.

    Add salt & cream of tartar.

    Whisk through.

    Add sugar gradually until the eggs are stiff peaks & shinny.

    Spoon into circles & bake for 1 hr 15 mins.

    Turn off oven & leave to completely cool.

    Filling...

    Whisk the cream to soft peaks

    Add the mascarpone until incorporated.

    Don't over mix.

    Add the icing sugar & whisk in.

  8. 8

    Fold in some chopped strawberries.

  9. 9

    Layer the meringue & cream mixture.

    Place some sliced strawberries throughout the layers.

    Top with strawberries & chocolate.

    Serve
