Makes about 15.
These filling little bites are idea for coffee breaks, playtimes with milk, water or juice & college breaks.

    Turn oven on to pre heat-Gas mark 4.

    Measure out all your ingredients and place in a bowl.

    Mix together.

    Use your hand to need the mixture together until a ball is formed.

    Pull off small amounts of mixture, roll into balls.

    Place onto a to a greased tray or baking parchment.

    Cook in the oven for 10 mins or until golden brown.

    Gently press each ball whilst hot to flatten.

since i don't have any and these look delicious, could i use something else for the self raising flour?
