A super simple hummus which tastes great with flatbread!
Chop up your beetroot and place in a blender with the garlic. Blend until smooth.
Squeeze in the juice from the lemon and add the chickpeas, basil and olive oil and blend again. Season with salt and pepper, place in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
