I had a wonderful supper in London: some bread, smoked salmon, and a beetroot dip. I really loved the dip so I tried to make it on my own. I dipped some carrots and toast in it. yummi!

just mix half a can of baby beetroot with half a cup of yogurt and mash it. that´s it!
