Firstyl, I took a beer cap and painted it with black nail polish. When the cap is dry, I took a pliers (as you can see in the picture) and turned the edges down.
You don't have to do it, but when you do it the cap is expanded. You see the comparison in the picture :)
Then I took a pin which I bought once and changed it a little bit.
Now, you need a hot glue gun to fix the pin on the cap.
On the backside I fix a smal satin bow and a satin thread ( again with the hot glue gun ) and finish ;)
