Step 1Heat oil.
Cook onion, peppers & broccoli.
Remove from the pan.

Step 2Cook the mince.
Add seasoning.

Step 3Make the sauce...
Mix all sauce ingredients together

Step 4Boil water & cook the ramen noodles.
Drain.

Step 5Combine noodles & sauce.

Step 6
Add veg & meat.
Stir through.

Step 7Place in bowl.
Garnish with spring onions.
Serve.
