all I did was cut the ruffle part of skirt off, folded the flat white piece in half and sewed it closed length wise. Then took the ruffle and cut 6 pieces to sew across and made some pockets. I then placed a strong hanger in the top part and sewed it shut. Decorate it with lace or whatever you like.
