i was inspired by this cute piece of fabric that read "I need my beauty sleep" because i do i can never get to sleep but now i sleep like a baby
Gather your materials you will need: silk 2 x long wide ribbon elastic fleece sewing machine second line of fleece (optional) Make sure every thing is measured to fit your head and face.
take the ribbon and sew down both sides to make a casing for the elastic.
take the elastic and thread it through the ribbon pin it when the elastic reaches both ends I find its easier when the elastic is attached to a bobby pin a safety pin
it should look something like this
now with the fleece and silk right sides together sew down the 2 long sides, leaving the ends open.
flip inside out and if you wish insert padding (thin layer of fleece) then pin the strap in place and check if it fits your head try not to poke a pin in your eye (it hurts)
sew down the 2 short sides and cut off any extra fleece or frayed edges hanging out and hay presto
now enjoy your good nights sleep love miss cookie xxxx
