Stuff those mushrooms and get them cooking.
Clean and remove the stalks from the mushrooms.
Combine the onions, pine nuts and two tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl.
Stuff the mushrooms with the chopped onion mixture.
Grease squares of tin foil with the remaining olive oil.
Wrap the mushrooms in tin foil and cook on a bbq for 10 minutes until cooked.
