You Will Need (12 things)

  • Pierogi dough

  • Water
  • Butter
  • 3 cup Plain Flour
  • 1/2 pint Milk Warm
  • 1 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 1/2 - 3/4 pint Water Warm
  • Pinch Salt
  • Extras

  • BBQ Pork
  • Water
  • Butter

Steps (7 steps, 60 minutes)

    Mix the flour & salt together.

    Mix in the milk & butter.

    Mix in enough water to make a dough.

    Set aside for 30 mins.

    Roll out the dough.

    Cut out circles.

  5. 5

    Fill with a little fillling.

    Wet the edge with water.

    Fold over & seal together.

    Boil water.

    Place pierogis in for approximately 8 mins.

    Drain & serve with melted butter.
