BBQ Chicken Quesadillas

Hot and tasty chicken quesidillas.

You will need

BBQ 1 cup Grated Cheese 1 cup Cooked Chicken Slices 4 x Tortilla Bread 1 cup Black Olives 1 cup Chopped Onion(s) 1 x Green Peppers

Instructions

1. 

   Lay a fajita bread down on a plate. Sprinkle cheese and mozzarella over one half of the bread.

2. 

   Sprinkle on a handful of onions and chicken.

3. 

   Finally, sprinkle on a handful of green peppers and black olives.

4. 

   Cook on a bbq for 3 minutes, flip over and cook for another 3 minutes until toasted. Slice in to triangles using a pizza cutter and serve.
