Step 1Lay a fajita bread down on a plate. Sprinkle cheese and mozzarella over one half of the bread.

Step 2Sprinkle on a handful of onions and chicken.

Step 3Finally, sprinkle on a handful of green peppers and black olives.

Step 4Cook on a bbq for 3 minutes, flip over and cook for another 3 minutes until toasted. Slice in to triangles using a pizza cutter and serve.
