Easiest Beanie Pattern ever
Nice and easy pattern with straight knitting needles.

  • Step 1

    Cast on 90 stitched

    Row 1 (K2, P2)

    Row 2 (P2, K2)

    Repeat rows 1 and 2 until it reaches 10cm in length. This will create a double ribbed pattern.

    Row 1 (K1, P1) to end of row

    Row 2 Knit to the end of the row

    Row 3 (K1, P1) to the end of the row

    Row 4 (K8, K2 together) to the end of the row

    {you should now have 81 stitches}

    Row 5 (K1, P1) to the end of the row

    Row 6 (K7, K2 togther) to the end of the row

    {you should now have 72 stitches}

    Row 7 (and rows 9, 11, 13, 15, 17) (K1,P1)

    Row 8 (K6, K2 together)

    {you should now have 63 stitches}

    Row 10 (K5, K2 together) to the end of the row {54 stitches}

    Row 12 (K4, K2 together) to the end of the row {45 stitches}

    Row 14 ( K3, K2 together) to the end of the row {36 stitches}

    Row 16 (K2, K2 together) to the end of the row {27 stitches}

    Row 18 (K1, K2 together) to the end of the row {18 stitches}

    Repeat Row 18 until only one stitch remains.

    Cast off and leave a long tail of wool for sewing up.

  • Step 2

    PUTTING IT TOGETHER!

    Put the right sides of the beanie together and sew down the side from top to bottom.

    I added a pom pom to the beanie as a little bit extra. If anyone out there makes this beanie I wold love it if you would share some pictures with me
