Based on Barbed Heart by Catfish
An accurate metaphor for my love life... especially considering that these made me bleed while I was creating them. :)
(Not quite as cute as the original - I don't know how to make the "proper" barbed wire - but I loved this idea so much, I had to try it out!)

Hi I think your version is great. I hear what you are saying about them being a good metaphor for your love life! If you're interested I made the barbed bits by using another short piece of wire, wrapping it around the main body a couple of times then squeezing flatish it with a pair of pliers to hold it in place before cutting the ends to the right lenght. Hope that makes sense. I don't know how to make proper barbed wire either. I just made it up as I went along. x
