This is an extremely sweet dessert.
Very easy to make.
It will impress your friends & family.
Crush the biscuit into crumbs.
Melt the butter.
Combine butter & crumbs.
Push into pie dish & set aside.
Cut banana into slices.
Heat butter & sugar together until carmelised.
Add banana to the caramel.
Cook til coated.
Add toffee sauce & heat through.
Pour on top of set biscuit base.
Allow to cool completely.
Whip cream & sugar together until soft peaks.
Mix gelatine with 2 tsp of cold water.
Heat in microwave for 10 seconds until melted.
Leave to cool but not set.
Add gelatine to cream & mix to stiff peaks.
Add cream & sprinkles to top of banana & refrigerator until serving.
