You Will Need

Step 1foundation chain : work 28 chains
work first single crochet in 2nd chain from hook and hen 1 single crochet in each -
Step 2
row 1 : chain 1 , 1 single crochet into each stitch and turn

Step 3
row 2 : chain 1 , 1 single crochet in first stitch ,* make a bobble stitch in next stitch , 1 single crochet in next 2 stitches and repeat *
from * to * -
Step 4
row 3 to 5 : repeat row one
( chain 1 , 1 single crochet into each stitch and turn)

Step 5to start next row of bobbles make sure there facing the right way
reapeat rows 1 -5 3 more times so you have 4 rows of bobbles

Step 6repeat row 1 : ( chain 1 , 1 single crochet into each stitch and turn)
do this row 16 times
fasten off yarn. and sew in your ends
and your done !!!
