Description

I used 80g honey. They turned out too sweet this way- so I changed it into 70g. LEMON JUICE IS OPTIONAL! I could NOT change it into optional so watch it :)

Instructions

  1. Small img 0306 1300565015

Gather all the ingredients. (some things I used might not be displayed here)

  2. Small img 0307 1300565444

Grab your fork and kill those bananas! When it looks like someone ate it already, it's good.

  3. Small img 0305 1300566114

Pre-heat the oven at 170C for a convection oven, 175C for a normal one, and for one with gas, use 2 or 3.

  4. Small img 0309 1300565577

Melt the butter. Keep stirring it untill it's all melted. Don't keep it on longer than needed! Don't keep it too long from the fire either when it's done. It has to still be liquid.

Add the bananas, sugar, honey and butter in a bowl. It really looks like someone threw up in it, but it'll turn out well, don't worry about that. Get your mixer and mix it till it's all mixed. x] Then, add the salt, cinnamon, lemon juice (if you want to, they'll be really sweet), baking powder and slowly, not all in one, the self-rising flour. Grab a spoon and mix it.

    Looks better now right? :D

Grab your cupcake plate, if you have one. I baked lots of cupcakes before with just the paper forms and they all worked out just fine ;) Get the dough, and fill 2/3rd of the paper forms. They'll grow, so if you don't want it to be one big cupcake this is the best way :P Put them in the oven and bake them for 20 minutes.

When they're done, get them out of the form and let them cool. The longest you can keep them is for 2 days, in a well closed box. You can also keep them in the fridge- never did that though. If you do it, they'll stay good for 3 months.
