Traveling bag for your makeup brushes!
This fabric was from a small sundress that didn't fit me anymore. I actually made the bottom into a skirt and I cut off the top to make a little traveling bag for my makeup brushes. It turned out looking like a banana :p

    First I started with these two congruent fabric shapes. (After I cut the straps off.)

    Wrong sides facing out, I pinned in place to sew. I did not sew where the brown part was, that is the opening. Plus there needs to be room to put in the brown string.

    Then I took the strap that was once attached....

    I cut it in half...

    And then stuck it trough the top.

    Pull out until they're equal in length..

    And that's it! You now have a banana hammock for your makeup brushes :P
