Bake banana bread with Kaffeine in London
Ensure oven is at right temperature - 180.
In cake beater blend sugar and butter till pale and creamy.
Add chpopped bananas, then add eggs one at a time (this will add air to the mixture).
Add baking powder, baking soda and vanilla until well combined.
Sift flour into the mixture and slowly beat the batter till evenly combined.
Line 4 baking loaf tins with parchment paper.
Pour in batter to the tins evenly.
Cut last banana in half lengthways.
Place on top of banana bread.
Bake in oven for 45 - 50 minutes at 180 ̊C.
Glaze with honey before service.
Slice into 7 portions approx 1.2 inch thick.
