Simple and delicious overnight oats with walnuts, maple syrup, peanut butter and banana!
Mash the banana with a fork.
Stir in the peanut butter, walnuts and oats.
Slowly stir in the soya milk until you get the perfect consistency. Sweeten to your liking with maple syrup.
Divide between two jars and chill overnight.
Serve with a sprinkling of walnuts on top!
