You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 325 / 170 degrees.
Combine the biscuit & butter.
Mix together.

Step 2Press into a tin.
Set aside.

Step 3Mix the cream cheese until smooth.

Step 4Add the vanilla, sugar & corn flour to the cheese.
Mix to combine.

Step 5Add the eggs one at a time.
Don't overmix.

Step 6Add in the sour cream.
Mix to combine.

Step 7Pour over the base.
Bake for 1 hr 15 mins until the mixture has almost set & is golden brown.

Step 8Cool completely.
Refrigerate over night.

Step 9Cut & serve
