Baked Chicken & Rice
A great meal to make ahead & reheat.
You can adjust the recipe to feed more people.
Place all chicken ingredients in a bag.
Rub to cover the chicken.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Chop onions & garlic.
Place in a tray with the butter.
Bake for 12-15 mins.
Add the rice to the tray.
Place the chicken on top of the rice.
Add the stock to the dish.
Cover with foil & bake for 40 mins until the chicken is cooked through.
