You Will Need

Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and grate a little bit of fresh ginger into the bottom.

Step 2Add the Lamb's Navy Rum, amaretto and simple syrup.

Step 3Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

Step 4Shake well and then strain into a cocktail glass.
