Great tasting cookies. Not a really strong baileys flavour, nice and subtle.

You will need

2 1/2 cup Plain Flour 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Sugar 1 cup Butter 1/4 cup Baileys 1 Egg 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/4 cup Cocoa 1 tsp Corn Flour
Topping
White Chocolate Chocolate Milk

Great tasting cookies. Not a really strong baileys flavour, nice and subtle.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 350/175 degrees. Cream butter & sugars together.

2. 

   Add egg, baileys & vanilla. Stir through.

3. 

   Add flour, bicarb, cocoa & corn flour.

4. 

   Spoon 1 tbsp balls of dough on to a tray. Bake for 10 mins. Allow to Cool.

5. 

   Melt chocolate. Drizzle chocolate over biscuit. Allow to set

6. 

   Serve.
