Great tasting cookies.

Not a really strong baileys flavour, nice and subtle.

You Will Need (13 things)

  • 2 1/2 cup Plain Flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Baileys
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour

  • Topping

  • White Chocolate
  • Chocolate Milk

Steps (6 steps, 25 minutes)

    Heat oven 350/175 degrees.

    Cream butter & sugars together.

    Add egg, baileys & vanilla.

    Stir through.

    Add flour, bicarb, cocoa & corn flour.

    Spoon 1 tbsp balls of dough on to a tray.

    Bake for 10 mins.

    Allow to Cool.

    Melt chocolate.

    Drizzle chocolate over biscuit.

    Allow to set

    Serve.
