This a a great dessert to make ahead. You can use more cocoa (1 more tsp) to give a richer, more chocolates taste.
This a a great dessert to make ahead. You can use more cocoa (1 more tsp) to give a richer, more chocolates taste.
Mix the cold water & gelatine together. Set aside for 1 min.
Add boiling water to gelatine. Mix together until gelatine is fully dissolved. Set aside to cool completely.
Mix the sugar & cocoa together.
Add the cream to the chocolate mixture.
Whisk together until soft peaks.
Gradually Add the Baileys, gelatine & vanilla & whip together.
Whisk until well incorporated.
Spoon into serving dishes. Place in the fridge for atleast one hour.
Serve.
