  • How to cook a bacon dish. Bacon Wrapped Pineapple - Step 1
    Step 1

Cut the bacon strips into 3 or 4 pieces (I do it as I go)
Wrap them around a chunk of pineapple

  • How to cook a bacon dish. Bacon Wrapped Pineapple - Step 2
    Step 2

Stick a toothpick through it and put it in your pan

  • How to cook a bacon dish. Bacon Wrapped Pineapple - Step 3
    Step 3

Keep going till you run out of pineapple and or bacon
Pour Sweet and Sour Sauce or a combo of sweet and sour and sweet and sour duck sauce over the top.

  • How to cook a bacon dish. Bacon Wrapped Pineapple - Step 4
    Step 4

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Broil for approx 10 (keep an eye on them you don't want them to burn)

When the bacon is crispy on top you are done! (the toothpicks will blacken a bit- there is nothing you can do to stop it, just go with it).

ENJOY! You are now the hero of the party for bringing these :)

Also good with water chestnuts instead of pineapple. I try to put bacon on everything. I will definitly give this a shot.

These look delicious. I think I'd maybe fry the bacon a little before I wrap the pineapple, or maybe I'd bake them without sauce for awhile. I don't like soft bacon so I'd want it crispy all the way around.
