Oversized backpack Keychain; now a pencil case!

Ok, at the store I work at we had these lol surprise mini backpack keychains. I thought it was a little childish but they were so cute I wanted one and at the time one of my favorite YouTubers did a backpack pencil case that I just had to make. However I can’t find/afford the materials I needed to do so. Then after buying two of those little backpacks at 50% off I can up with the idea to use them to make the pencil case backpack that I have been longing for. And with a “few” adjustments I did it, and cut pencils down to fit in the back pack, and made it able to stay with the notebook/sketchbook I was using
The only thing I couldn’t do was make a spot for loose leaf paper and scissors. Other then that I’m very pleased!

You Will Need (20 things)

  • Duct Tape
  • Washi Tape
  • Elastic or Hair Tie
  • Glue Stick
  • A mini Backpack keychain
  • Hot Glue
  • Thin Cardboard
  • Modpodge Sparkle and or regular matte
  • Acrylic paint or Nail polish
  • Elastic
  • Duct Tape

  • Inside piece

  • Hot Glue
  • Pencils You can cut them apart with wire cutters
  • Pencil Sharpener Mine was made from a pencil sharpener, a tic-tac container and hot glue. Along with a few embellishments
  • Thin Cardboard Might wanna cut 2 pieces the same size
  • Eraser Mine is in the shape of lipstick and in a lipstick tube
  • Mini Pen I made a spot for it to go in if needed
