Purchase a ring with holes in it, or use any circular 'thing' which a sewing needle can be thread through. Find some sort of cute/creepy inanimate object. Thread in and out the holes, pulling tightly at first, securing the object to the ring. Knot the thread multiple times in the bad to ensure nothing slips around.
Look like a major threat. (not so much)
