Prepare what are mainly needed in picture 1. Take out a pink grosgrain ribbon; start rolling it to a circle.
Roll up ribbons Fuse the finishing end with a lighter; stick the fused end to fix the circle. Stick double-sided glue at the finishing end; stick the blue ribbon (not to stick the blue ribbon to the overlapped place of two ribbons).
