Thanks for posting this! I was so disappointed that the Bjorn doesn't have any pockets (for smaller - necessary items; keys, phone, pacifiers, etc.). So I found this easy to follow project and made my own...after a few trial runs, I made what will be the envy of every Dad over 25... a STAR WARS Bjorn cover... with a "hoodie" style pocket! My only criticism is how to easily put it on and take it off... so I added hook and loop (velcro) to the bottom near the tail. Once you get it cut, it is easy... I make things more difficult by modifying... and any fabric will do... but few will compare to Han & Chewie!
