A quick and easy headband for a baby ( or a big girl )
Chain 70. This will fit 6- 9 months, but check measurement of your own baby.
Turn chain around. Chain 2. DC 2nd from end. DC in each stich until the end.
Join chain together to make a loop. Use SL. make sure your chain isn't twisted.
Now make a bow.I used the same Yarn, but a different colour would be nice to make it stand out. Chain 10. Turn and HDC along the row. Turn. Chain 2. HDC alond to the end. SL to join. Basically makes a small rectangle.
Get a piece of yarn and wrap it around the middle of your rectangle to make a bow shape. Tie together at the back.
Attach the bow to your loop. I crochet it onto the loop as I can't be bother to sew it on. Its up to you. I find it just as easy , but a little more messy. Put it wherever you like. I put mine sightly to the side.
